On behalf of International Village, I’d like to wish all unit owners a very merry and blessed Christmas. We have a lot to celebrate as we look back on 2016, including important legal victories, continued progress on our building renovations, obtaining approval for a two-year refinance of our Hurricane Wilma loan, a reduction in maintenance fees for an unprecedented third year in a row and, perhaps most importantly, a renewed spirit of community and cooperation. Let's continue working together in 2017 to build on the past year’s successes, and may your new year be filled with health, joy and prosperity!
