On behalf of the Board of Directors, I’d like to wish everyone a very happy and healthy Easter. Over the last couple of months since I last updated you on International Village news, we have continued to make rapid progress on our interior and exterior building renovations – including beautiful new tile, fresh paint jobs and other improvements to several buildings, with some new carpeting on the way. While the buildings are looking better than ever, we also continue to receive many compliments on the dramatically improved looks of the grounds, thanks to our excellent new landscaping company. Meanwhile, our financials are in better shape than they’ve been in years due to the current board’s very proactive approach to collecting fees from delinquent owners, which of course has allowed us to keep maintenance fees down for everyone else. Many owners have told me they’ve never felt better about living in International Village, and that’s something we can all be proud of!International Village President
